PVC PIPE (IS:4985:2000)
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipe is made from a plastic and vinyl combination material. The pipes are durable, hard to damage, and long lasting. They do not rust, rot, or wear over time. For that reason, PVC piping is most commonly used in water systems, underground wiring, and sewer lines. Using these pipes for irrigation systems proved to be effective, and PVC pipe has since been considered an affordable and reliable means for water piping.
HDPE PIPES & COILES (IS:4984:2016)
- One of the prime uses served by the high density polyethylene pipes is to supply drinking water.
- Serving for irrigation is yet another significant purpose that makes use of large quantities of hdpe pipes and fittings and hdpe ducts.
- Hdpe pipes and conduits are also used for serving with the sprinkler irrigation systems.
- The hdpe pipes and fittings also comprise a very significant part of the drip irrigation systems as well.
- The non corrosive nature of the hdpe pipes make them more than suitable for sewerage and sewage disposal.
SPRINKLER PIPES (IS:14151 P-1/2;2008)
Lateral Pipe or tube. In irrigation, the pipes/tubes between the zone control valves and the sprinkler heads or emitters are called “laterals.” These lateral pipes or tubes are not pressurized unless the valve is open and the sprinklers are operating. Lateral pipes are generally subject to less water pressure, surges, and stress. So a less durable and less expensive pipe material may be used for them. If you visit your local warehouse hardware store you may find that they use the name “branch” pipe for laterals.
SWR & PVC FITTINGS (IS:14745:1999)
SWR pipes and fittings are used for soil, waste and rain water management. These products are lightweight and easy to install.
- Waste discharge system in residences, commercial complexes, resorts, hospitals, academic institutes.
- Venting of gases and odours in domestic plumbing.
- Non-pressure industrial drainage application (based on chemical compatibility).
- Rain water transportation and harvesting for residential & commercial buildings.
WATER TANK (IS:12701:1996)
A water tank is a container for storing water. Water tanks are used to provide storage of water for use in many applications, drinking water, irrigation agriculture, fire suppression, agricultural farming, both for plants and livestock, chemical manufacturing, food preparation as well as many other uses.
TYRES (IS:15633/36)2012
The tyre industry is the major consumer of natural rubber.[1] Tire factories start with bulk raw materials such as synthetic rubber (60% -70% of total rubber in the tire industry[2][3]), carbon black, and chemicals .Natural rubber, or polyisoprene is the basic elastomer used in tyre making.
PE PIPES & Dripper/ emitters (IS:12786:1989&13487:1992)
Drip emitters release water to your plants from the mainline tubing. The emitters can be punched directly into the mainline or can be inserted into the end of a length of 1/4" tubing for plants that aren't close to the mainline. This is the most practical way to emit water to your plants when they aren't evenly spaced. Pressure compensating drip emitters deliver a precise amount of water each time, even if there are changes in pressure.
Metal / Plastic Screen Filters (IS:12785:1994)
Features
- Non Corrosive.
- Easy Clamp arrangement.
- High Volume filter with an increased flow capacity.
- Pressure gauge points at inlet & outlet.
- Suitable for horizontal & vertical installation.
- Easy maintenance With drain port arrangemen.
PVC Conduit
Conduit has long been considered the lightest in weight compared to steel conduit materials, and usually lower in cost than other forms of conduit . The plastic material resists moisture[4] and many corrosive substances, but since the tubing is non-conductive an extra bonding (grounding) conductor must be pulled into each conduit. PVC conduit may be heated and bent in the field, by using special heating tools designed for the purpose. It is used in electrical fittings.
